Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and in-person to natural gas utility customers
- Assist utility customers with inquiries, billing concerns, and problem resolution
- Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer postings through data entry
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with billing and service departments to address customer concerns
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish skills are a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and provide solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Utility experience is a plus
