We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Rep to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Customer Service, you will be responsible for creating new, and maintaining patient records, qualifying patients for equipment to be received based on insurance plan guidelines. Answering Phone Calls to assist patients with questions regarding services being provided, process payments, basic troubleshooting for equipment mal function as well as to process new sales orders, pick up and/ or exchanges. Calling Doctor offices and providers to obtain necessary documentation to assist patient that require Medical Equipment services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer , technical skills and a passion for helping others in the healthcare industry.
```Qualifications:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a Medical Equipment Customer Service Rep or similar role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care - Proficient in data entry and computer skills with a passion for providing quality patient care.
