This job position entail’s assisting our customers with their product orders, answering inbound calls, and projecting a business image to current and potential customers. Levenger is conveniently located approximately one mile from I95 and within walking distance to the Tri Rail station.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries and requests to purchase product.
- Provide the customer with product information and offer additional Levenger products.
- Enter orders in the customer management system.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff when necessary.
- Use the computer to Identify, research, and follow up to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
- Complete call logs and reports using MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Research billing issues using the appropriate computer software.
- Recognize trends in customer calls and recommend process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, preferably taking inbound calls in a call center environment preferred.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Requires Internet and computer proficiency at the intermediate level in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn software used within the company. Excellent business communication skills.
JOB TYPE: This is a full-time position with your choice of working remote either Monday or Friday of each week. Candidates should have flexibility to work a schedule from 10am - 6:30pm, and Saturday’s MANDATORY from 11am – 3pm. Business needs may require increased hours during retail holiday seasons, November-January.
