The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and experience leading Account Servicing teams. This position is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations related to cancellation of aftermarket products across Auto Customer Care Group (CCG), are conducted in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, in addition to company policies and procedures. This is a highly collaborative role requiring partnership with other business lines, Business Line Risk, Compliance and Legal.

- Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required
- Provides coaching, mentorship, and guidance to teammates
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, strategically aligning efforts and activities to meet goals and objectives
- Drives improvement and enables consistent performance by providing accurate and timely feedback.
- Identifies performance gaps, process inefficiencies and business growth opportunities.
- Presents findings/actionable recommendations and drives business process improvements.
- Analyzes monthly operating results and monthly variances; identifies problems and potential recommendations for corrective actions.
- Supports annual business planning cycles.
- Works collaboratively with Risk, Finance and Acquisitions, to ensure alignment with strategic imperatives.
- Drives Company Culture and Employee engagement
The Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in the auto financial industry preferred.
- Automotive and compliance/risk experience preferred.
- Prior related experience leading a team of process/ business analysts driving individual and team development.
- Experience in business or process improvement analysis.
- Business partnering skills, including good interpersonal skills with ability to work well horizontally and vertically within organization.
- Strong analytical capability and intellectual curiosity to seek continuous improvement through data-driven solutions.
- Good understanding of complex data sets and how to best optimize for efficient analytical processes.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and execute small to medium scale projects.
- Strong oral, written and executive level presentation skills.
- Identify, assess, and manage risk through application of sound control processes into daily processes.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, motivation, and ability to lead through others.
