The Position
Ashtel Studios is looking for a driven and motivated Customer Account Coordinator. As we continue to expand our product offerings, the need for additional personnel has become critical in our daily operations. As the Customer Account Coordinator, this individual should be dependable, flexible and eager to help others. This is a full-time, in-house position.
Job Description
Customer Account Coordinator
Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the sales manager, such as managing phone calls, responding to emails, and proactively addressing outstanding issues with effective solutions and responses.
Communication Liaison: Facilitating communication between the sales manager and the sales team, as well as other departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders status tracking, and product information.
Customer Support: Support the set up of new Customer Accounts and assist in completing all necessary paperwork as required by the customer.
Sales Documentation: Assisting in the preparation and management of sales contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, filing, and maintaining records related to sales activities.
New Product Collaboration: Gather product specifications and new product requirements from the sales manager or customer and facilitate efficiently with the project team for product development.
Product Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders or products with guidance from the sales manager.
Sales Training: Assisting in the onboarding and training of new sales team members as needed.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
