As a Customer Account Associate, you will be responsible for intake of assignment requests under the supervision of the Logistics Team Lead. This is an entry-level position for someone eager to learn the Logistics industry. This is a fulltime, in-office position.
Schedules & Pay:
(1) Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm ($18-$20/hr.)
(2) Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm ($18-$20/hr.)
(1) Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm ($20-$22/hr.)
(1) Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 4:30pm ($18-$20/hr.)
What will you be doing?
- Complete data entry assignment requests, provide clear assignment verification and updates to account managers.
- Intake, process, and upload vendor insurance & onboarding packet data and log into the company's TMS within one business day of receipt.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, vendors and staff.
- Serve as key point of contact for clients, vendors and team helping to build mutually beneficial relationships with ACERTUS's valued client partners.
- Assist in the development of transformational projects that provide for continuous improvement across operation business needs.
- Data Entry with minimal errors
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or higher, in business related field, preferred.
- 6 months office experience
- 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites.
- Data Entry experience
- Auto-finance, dispatch, or call center experience preferred.
- Strong writing and word processing skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
