Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative in our team-oriented office and warehouse environment, we seek a highly self-motivated professional with relevant Customer Service experience. The ideal candidate is driven, eager for growth opportunities, and willing to take on increased responsibilities. The role encompasses order processing and some account management, data and information management, shipment, and delivery coordination, and assisting management with various sales, marketing, and business operation tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.)
- Act as a point of contact for prospective buyers, current clients, and company sales representatives, facilitating effective communication between all parties.
- Maintain high-level of internal quality control through excellent inventory and order management, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating repeat and referral business
- Address client and sales representative queries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the product, the marketplace, and industry competition
- Cross-training to perform administrative duties, including order and credit processing, supply purchasing, data and information management, and shipment and delivery processing.
- Collaborate with other departments integrating sales, creative marketing, Customer Service, and production teams
- Manage leads and current customer communications via CRM – Hubspot
SUCCESSFUL COMPETENCY FACTORS:
- Full knowledge of Microsoft office and PC computer literate
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and professionalism
- High-level competency in verbal and written communication
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work and perform in an open concept environment without disturbing others.
- Proactive, takes initiative, self-starter who can work well, both independently and as part of a team
- Must have an awesome down to earth easy-going friendly personality
- Must be reliable

- Inside sales experience is a plus but not required
- AS400 experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
