We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and friendly new member to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work across a variety of tasks such as assisting customers with their requests, billing or technical support.
The successful candidate will have strong Customer Service skills, a friendly personality and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have flexible scheduling and limitations.
- Able to lift up to 10 pounds if needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Relative work experience in Retail, Sales, Hospitality a PLUS!!
