Under the close supervision and support of the Creative Service's Supervisor and the Creative Service's Lead, you will assist with a variety of tasks related to multimedia, marketing, and Creative Service's projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to provide audio visual support for meetings, presentations, and formal events, to include supporting the coordination of the quarterly FTB Board meetings. You will set up and break down equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and act as a backup for event scheduling in the department's managed rooms.
You will also provide audio visual support for photography and video assignments, coordinating setup and break down of equipment and sets, operating specific camera equipment, and processing digital files for photos and videos. You will research, develop, and produce pieces of media, communications, and marketing products in support of the Creative Service's team and its initiatives.

Working Conditions
This position requires 3 or more days in the office per week. It is designated office-centered and may be eligible for some remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need.

For Student Asst. only : Must be a college student enrolled in classes during the regular term (Fall, Spring and Winter, if applicable), at an accredited college or university and carrying a minimum of six semester units (or nine quarter units for undergraduate students), with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
