We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Training Manager to lead our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that empower our team members to excel in their roles. The person should deeply understand adult learning principles, curriculum design, and instructional techniques.?

Travel: Up to 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps in knowledge or skills among adult learners.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and learning objectives.
- Implement effective adult learning strategies based on best practices and instructional design principles.
- Deliver training sessions, both in-person and online, ensuring engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create and refine training content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment and feedback mechanisms.
- Use data analysis to continuously improve training content and methods.
- Manage training budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Coach and mentor adult learners who require additional support to achieve their training goals.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in adult education, training technologies, and industry-specific regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, if applicable.
- Responsible for delivering various training for business, soft skills, and internal programs and practices, including leadership development skills.
- Advocate for and promote the use of internal training resources.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, results-driven training programs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Leadership and team management experience are preferred.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15 years of experience in adult education, training, or instructional design.
