Job Description:

The Group Instructor will lead boot camp, strength, and HIIT style classes for corporate employees on-site. As a GYMGUYZ Group Instructor, you will provide professional instruction for each class, ensuring the highest level of customer service. You must be adaptable to various fitness levels and able to modify class instruction to create a safe, fun, and encouraging experience. This includes adapting to various work environments such as corporations, small businesses, residential complexes, schools, and other business settings, both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site group training sessions for participants of various fitness levels and goals
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences
• Ensure participant safety by providing ongoing motivation and support
• Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle
• Monitor and track participant progress to ensure maximum results
• Attend monthly team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Nationally recognized personal training or Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• Experience in group training
• CPR/AED certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Willingness to travel to on-site campus and work flexible hours
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Two classes per week from 12pm-1pm
