Full-Time Corporate Trainer

We are a global healthcare organization providing on-location, comprehensive health services for various governmental and educational institutions for the past 33 years.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Corporate Trainer to provide training and oversight for our Correctional dental teams (dentists and assistants), as well as provide chairside assistance when necessary.  This position is based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Pipersville but requires travel within the U.S. on a regular basis.

• Provide training for new dental team staff and refresher training for existing staff.
• Work in conjunction with Corrections Manager for travel, logistics, and supplies
• Implement best practices to ensure alignment with Company objectives.
• Conduct needs assessment and identify performance gaps.
• Continuous monitoring and updating of the training program to ensure alignment with current dental standards.
• Collaborate with our Corrections administration to develop and/or update internal policies and procedures specific to this environment.
• Manage the learning experience consistent with Company philosophies and Company-wide strategies.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CDA/RDA, EFDA, or Hygienist
• Experience as a trainer or instructor is a plus, but not required
• Working knowledge and comfort level to train and perform all aspects of General Dentistry with an emphasis in oral surgery and restorative procedures
• Organized, self-motivated and possess good time management skills
• Must have current and active license or registration
• Must have current and active x-ray certification (DANBE preferred)
• Experience with electronic health records
• Effective judgement and decision making skills
• Reliable and dependable
