EcoFINISH is a growing and rapidly expanding manufacturer of high performance industrial coatings and pool coatings with their own patented installation system. Based in Warminster, Pennsylvania, ecoFINISH is available on four continents: North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, with over 255 ecoFINISH Dealers in over 57 countries.

The ideal candidate should have business to business experience as a representative or a Corporate Trainer. The position we are looking to fill requires on the road travel to our dealers in the United States and possibly Canada – candidate must have a passport or be able to obtain one.

Job Summary:

This job is a traveling position which requires a flexible schedule. The responsibility of the Corporate Trainer is to train our existing and new ecoFINISH Dealers how to properly install our products and used the installation equipment according to our guidelines. The Corporate Trainer is one of the main relationships that a new Dealer will have and it is vital that they build a rapport with them. The Corporate Trainer will be required to travel during the week and occasionally the weekend if the Dealer has not yet finished the project that they are being trained on, and may need to extend their stay in the event that the job is not finished on time

The Trainer must be able to effectively and independently plan and prioritize work. This position requires proficiency in communication, training techniques. The position will involve applying and extending the latest understanding of products and our patented installation application to meet the challenges of this fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating the dates for training new Dealers to ensure they are properly vetted in a sufficient time after they have signed the contract with ecoFINISH.
• Training (and re-training) Dealers by teaching proper installation practices and upholding the company processes.
• Identifying and providing resolutions to installation and product applications issues.
• Meets operational standards by implementing production, productivity, and quality control during training.
• Maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment on the job site by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Hands-on knowledge of our processes and techniques, maintenance, and equipment repair.
• Knowledge of ecoFINISH product lines.
• Availability by phone to take the customer’s calls, including weeknights and weekends if needed
• Other non-essential job duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to build a rapport with our Dealers.
• Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline-oriented with attention to detail.
• Self-starter who shows the ability to guide, mentor, and supervise others.
• Documenting the details of the training in our system.
• Attend weekly corporate meetings.
• Flexibility to take phone calls nights and weekend (if needed) for our Dealers in different time zones.
• Lunches may be needed to be taken on the job site.
• Must be able to maintain a schedule.
• 3+ years of operations experience in construction or warehouse environment.
• Must be able to travel by land, air, or sea as needed. Travel by air will be required for distances of 5 hours or more. Travel by car will be required for distances of 5 hours or less.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary.
