Position Summary: Care Lync Corporate Trainer is responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of the new hire orientation program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, positive, upbeat personality
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
General Description:
- Own, coordinate and deliver new employee orientation, onboarding, and training. including on the job training, formal classroom training and post training follow up assessments and testing.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Evaluate and assist in designing training manuals and related materials, training classes, procedures as well as electronic resources such as forms and employee Intranet resources.
- Responsible for increasing productivity through initial and continued training and education.
- Assist employees in developing new skills necessary to support their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
- Instrumental in increasing employee retention and reducing employee churn.
- Motivate, influence, and foster positive relationships with others.
- Maintain records of training progress, examination as well as certification records.
- Administer the company's learning management system and launch and monitor all annual compliance training requirements.
