JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Penn State is currently seeking a Corporate Engagement Program Coordinator (Corporate and Foundation Relations Officer 1) to support the Division of Development and Alumni Relations in the office of Corporate Engagement.

The Program Coordinator works with both internal and external committees and boards to plan and implement activities. The position will aid in:
  • Developing, planning, and implementing corporate site visits, including research meetings
  • Fundraising programs
  • Student engagement
  • Other on-campus activities and events

Functions include extensive queries from the Data Warehouse, report generation from multiple databases, event planning and meeting logistics, and customer service.
This position typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position will require successful completion of standard background checks.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
