You will be working closely with the Head of our Development and Coordination Team. Your focus will be to coordinate between our partners and clients on all levels.
As a Coordinator Customer Service, you must be passionate about providing excellent Customer Service and maintain great relationships with FlatRate's partners. The most important characteristic we are looking for is someone who will take the initiative to figure out what to do and get it done—this means you must be able to think on your feet and find creative solutions to any and all problems that may arise. We prefer that you already have demonstrated this experience working in a fast pace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all delivery time frames are being met in accordance to initial contract
- Keep records of trip details
- Maintain constant communication with customers regarding their shipments and any potential open issues
- Work closely with the claims department and upper management to resolve any open issues
- Increase client’s recommendations by providing great Customer Service
- Work with partners to provide cohesive customer care
- Retain existing partners
- Strive to continually exceed partner expectations
- Schedule deliveries for various shipments
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Must be articulate, courteous, patient, and professional at all time with a sense of timeliness and completion
- Ability to identify key decision makers at appropriate levels and develop long-term relationships
- Basic Knowledge of US Geography
- Self-Motivated; Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities as needed
- Experience in Logistics and Trucking
