Do you have experience with reviewing key evidence, preparing and responding to discovery, writing discovery and dispositive motions? Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Drafting discovery demands, responses, meet and confer letters
• Meet statutory deadlines and case management deadlines
• Document production and records reviews

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an ABA or California-accredited law school and be admitted to the State Bar of California
• Must not have a discipline record with any State Bar
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Must be an excellent and creative writer
• Confident, independent, decisive, and take responsibility for your actions
• Strategic, big-picture thinker who can also execute
