The ideal person is reliable, hardworking and teachable, with an eye for detail.
- Previous experience in carpentry, closet or cabinet industry is not required
- Skill and experience with tools is required.
- Starting pay is $15-$19 an hour with potential to make $ 20-$35 as a Master installer within 3 – 12 months.
Requirements as follows:
- Must read a tape measure accurately
- Must have own tools (Company will buy tools for those without, and take out of checks over time)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
- Able to climb multiple flights of stairs on daily basis
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work, company van provided for installations
- Valid AZ driver’s license – IMPORTANT – NO LICENSE- NO JOB
- Must be able to pass background check
- Willing to work weekends when necessary
- Training and uniforms provided

Pay: $35,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
