Job DescriptionYou will promote and facilitate the successful implementation of Vontier Business System (VBS) tools and processes throughout Matco Tools by conducting sustainable Continuous Improvement events to support the organization's top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and develop on-site and remote associates in VBS tools such as Standard Work, 5S, Lean Conversion, Transactional Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, Variation Reduction Kaizens, and other VBS Lean Tools to drive organizational change.
+ Facilitate Policy Development Meetings with department leaders.
+ Assist leadership in the development of VBS roadmaps and support the execution.
+ Work with the department leaders to develop and maintain Kaizen funnels.
+ Chair monthly Kaizen planning meetings and support facilitation of area strategic plan.
+ Schedule, facilitate, and ensure productive Kaizen events.
+ Drive Kaizen newspaper items toward completion and track sustainment.
+ Drive ever-improving results by leveraging VBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
+ Facilitate VBS training sessions when appropriate.
+ Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them.
+ Improve VBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in VBS tools.
+ Promote and facilitate associate development in various VBS tools, Lean production, and Kaizen leadership.
+ Benchmark within the Vontier organization and communicate "best practices."
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Experience owning performance metrics and daily management
+ Demonstrated experience in leading multiple successful Continuous Improvement events
+ Experience working with information systems and data analysis
+ Demonstrated experience with business growth and development
+ Demonstrated experience with transformational change
+ Demonstrated experience with 820 business planning
+ Demonstrated experience with influencing senior leadership on business change process
+ Training and practical experience using Lean manufacturing tools
+ Ability to communicate at all levels of the business (CEO to shop floor operators)

The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based on a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
