Construction Project Manager

Our portfolio consists of commercial, restaurants, retail, institutional and multi-use projects that span throughout New England and beyond. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with expereince in similar type projects in both ground up and renovation.

Responsibilities:

This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead successful Construction Projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Managing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
- Utilizing Procore software to track project progress and communicate updates.
- Reviewing schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Providing leadership and direction to the construction team to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in Construction Project management.
- Procore construction management software.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor and subcontractor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
