Well established Woburn based General Contractor/ Construction Manager is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager. This job will be in office 5 days a week. The firm performs work in both the private and public sectors on a wide variety of project types and sizes. This position touches most aspects of the construction operation and is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and grow your career in the commercial construction business.

THE CANDIDATE MUST CURRENTLY USE PROCORE ON A FREQUENT BASIS & WORK IN CONSTRUCTION.

Assistant Project Manager Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite of programs

· AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE USING PROCORE

· Set up & maintain projects in Procore

· Create project binders, review and process submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout packages

· Issue subcontracts and purchase orders with approval of Project Manager

· Compose and distribute project meeting minutes
