Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work closely with the Project Foremen, Landscape Designer, and Director of Construction to execute jobs
• Manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.
• Manage a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure all projects are completed within budget, on time, and to company standards.
• Coordinate with the Director of Construction on project schedule, budget, and quality assurance.
• Train team members to ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved
• Maintain and care for company property, equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Construction or supervisor.

Requirements

• Landscape Construction Experience (at least 3-5 years as a Production/Project Manager)
• Previous experience managing a team; construction or landscaping foreman experience is preferred
• On-Site Leadership Experience
• Time management experience and ability to supervise a crew Ability to train and mentor others
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written: Ability to work effectively with individuals of different backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
• Ability to manage time effectively and within budget. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Knowledge of working with budgets.
• Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently when necessary.
• Ability to adapt quickly under pressure Ability to work effectively with subcontractors or other vendors.
• Ability to use and operate construction equipment and machinery safely and with ease (licensing preferred)
• Able to work 8-10 hour days, on Saturdays, and in inclement weather as needed
• Ability to regularly lift upwards of 50 lbs and operate machinery
• Must be able to reliably commute to Mashpee, MA at the time of hire: Must have a Driver's License in good standing (DOT Card)

Salary Description
$60,000-$110,000/year
