We are seeking an onsite Construction Project Accountant for a multi-billion dollar build in the LA area! This role is contract to hire. The ideal candidate will have subcontract management and financial report maintenance experience. If you are interested in this role, please reply with your resume.

- Enter data into JD Edwards to interface with other construction departments to provide data for items such as subcontract change requests, bid comparisons, new work items, and expenditure control
- Enter and maintain project budgets in the company financial system
- Collect & review subcontract billing documents for completeness and enter into the financial system
- Prepare and distribute timely reports and documents as required
- Prepare & process journal entries for cost adjustments
- Assist in preparing document transmittal forms, distribute completed documents, and perform other routine functions as workload requires Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in JD Edwards
