Job Description
Pay range: $34-$38/hr.
Essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
- Enter data into JD Edwards to interface with other construction departments to provide data for items such as subcontract change requests, bid comparisons, new work items, and expenditure control
- Enter and maintain project budgets in the company financial system
- Collect & review subcontract billing documents for completeness and enter into the financial system
- Prepare and distribute timely reports and documents as required
- Prepare & process journal entries for cost adjustments
- Assist in preparing document transmittal forms, distribute completed documents, and perform other routine functions as workload requires Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in JD Edwards
