Essential Functions:
- Budget Management – Track project costs, update projections, prepare reports for executive management
- Project Analysis – Update cost projections, analyze project financials, maintain project dashboards
- Invoice Processing & Approval - Review and approve Construction Draws (G702/G703) and consultant invoices from multiple vendors
- Contract Compliance – Review and manage change orders, vendor contracts and schedules
- Project Management – Participate in hands on project management which includes but is not limited to coordinating with Client, managing vendors, tracking milestones and ensuring receipt of deliverables
Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions: Required to drive throughout the Los Angeles to visit client properties. Valid CA drivers license required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in construction, accounting, business, or related field
- Experience in a Construction Related accounting role
- Experience reviewing or compiling Construction / Bank Draws (G702/G703)
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
