Essential Job Duties:
1. Assist in planning various projects throughout CVM.
2. Perform tasks necessary to maintain quality standards on Garden Homes and CVM facilities.
3. Work cooperatively with subcontractors on various projects.
Other Duties:
1. Maintain clean and safe work environments.
2. Complete tasks in a professional manner.
3. Maintain quality standards as developed.
4. Gather materials as needed for various projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Construction experience preferred.
2. Ability to read and understand blueprints.
3. Able to communicate with Construction Supervisor, various employees, and subcontractors as needed.
4. Experience with cabinetry and interior trim work
5. Light electrical work - connecting disposal and dishwasher.
6. Light Plumbing work – connecting faucet, toilet, disposal, and dishwasher.
