Construction Project Assistant

The Eckinger Construction Company located in Canton Ohio is celebrating 100 years of business in 2023. Eckinger Construction builds retail stores, restaurants, and other commercial projects throughout the country that offers clients a diverse scope of services to meet all building needs.

The Construction Coordinator will work directly with the Project Management team as administrative support throughout the entire construction process. Excellent communication skills are required.

Job duties include:

· Organize the bidding process on multiple projects at one time utilizing our project management software

· Reaching out to receive subcontractor quotes for bidding projects

· Coordinate and book travel for onsite job superintendents

· Work with project management team to complete weekly reports and photo PowerPoints

· Scan and archive project files

· Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years’ experience working in office environment

· High School degree

· Microsoft office software

· Strong communication skills

· Must be detailed orientated
