We are seeking a Project Development Administrative Coordinator to work collaboratively with our Business Development, Sales Support, Marketing and Estimating teams for 40 hours per week. A qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting these team’s administrative needs.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain and distribute department bid schedule.
- Prepare bid forms & proposals for submission.
- Conduct market research & coordinate regional & company surveys.
- Responsible for invoice entry and a variety of accounting related transactional processes, including time entry, expense reconciliation, and budget management & reporting.
- Create charts/graphs and produce high-level reports and metrics for use by Department Heads and Company Executives, including board book material.
- Plan events for departments as needed, including logistics, attendee coordination, and communications.
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support as needed.
- Manage meeting logistics with multiple parties including internal/external audiences and leverage appropriate technology including Teams, Zoom/GoTo Meeting.
What You Will Bring:
- High school diploma required, college degree a plus.
- 5+ years of administrative support experience
- Ohio Notary Public
- General knowledge of accounting principals
- Ability to work independently as well as a team environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Excel) experience
- Outlook – task planning, email management
- Excel - filters, sorts, subtotals, charts, graphs, formatting, text and number formulas
- PDF Factory, Bluebeam Revu – bookmarking, typewriter function, page manipulation, cropping.
- Experience working in Salesforce a plus
