Job Description:
Ferguson Construction is an award-winning general contracting company specializing in manufacturing and industrial buildings, medical office buildings, healthcare facilities, retail, and commercial spaces. This position supports the corporate department in Sidney, OH as well as our Dayton region. This is a full-time position based in Sidney, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Update and monitor our applicant tracking system to recruit for open positions, and schedule interviews with the appropriate hiring manager.
- Process time records for all field staff in our Dayton and Sidney regions.
- Manage the ordering, distribution, and organization of company uniforms.
- Manage daily call-ins, vacation schedules, attendance tracking.
- Support HR team members who are responsible for the launch of our new HRIS.
- Distribute all service awards.
- Answer phones and greet employees as they visit the HR department.
- Other support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Prior HR experience is preferred.
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), iSolved preferred.
- Prior experience supporting an HR department desirable, but not required.
- Dependable and able to consistently follow through on tasks and assignments.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
