- Support the implementation of our standardized document management system.
- Facilitate the training of new Construction Project Managers, Construction Inspectors, and
Project Administration
- Assist the Project Construction Manager in the preparation of contract change orders with
- Review Inspector Daily Reports.
- Draft Meeting Minutes when required.
- Coordinate with both internal and external team members to schedule meetings
- Set up Project Forms and Files at the beginning of each project.
- Review and log documents submitted by the contractor to distribute to appropriate reviewers,
drawings, and RFI’s.
- Prepare documents for project closeout.
- Must be able to flourish in a team dynamic
- Must possess valid driver’s license in good standing
Required Credentials:
