The Role
Wellfit is on the lookout for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team across FL, TX, DE, and or AL. In this role, you'll be the linchpin in our customer engagement efforts, dedicated to forging robust relationships, following up on leads with zeal, and unlocking sales opportunities with finesse. Your contribution will be crucial in expanding our client base and bolstering the presence of our innovative Wellfit platform in the dental fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building: Forge lasting relationships with both potential and existing clients, offering solutions that are tailored to their unique needs.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Engage proactively with leads from diverse channels, transforming prospects into valuable opportunities through effective communication.
  • Sales Opportunity Maximization: Seek out and leverage opportunities to enhance sales, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the impeccable delivery of our services.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize strategic prospecting and networking to unearth new leads, employing a variety of methods to connect with prospective clients.
  • Prospect Qualification: Screen leads meticulously to align with our target customer profile, conducting in-depth needs assessments to fully grasp prospect requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, consistently surpassing sales targets and providing updates on sales progress.
  • Platform Sales: Champion the Wellfit platform, delivering persuasive presentations and demonstrations to highlight our value proposition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in Field Sales or a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with the dental industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time.
