We are looking for energetic, personable Fundraising Associates to help our charity partners expand into new markets. This position is entry-level and has the opportunity to progress into a leadership role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Staff promotional events daily with our retail partners and generate donations via our customer acquisition process
- Gain extensive training to improve interpersonal skills
- Attend daily meetings designed to further leadership development
- Guide customers through and explain the value of their donation
- Proactively build value in our clients’ services by strategically presenting promotions to customers
- Implement marketing strategies cohesively with team members
Preferred Qualities:
- Prior experience in retail, sales, and/or hospitality
- Results driven and self motivated
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Career oriented with strong leadership skills
- Unmatched work ethic
- Personable and professional with a pleasant demeanor
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must be available immediately for a full time position
