Community Outreach Specialist

Here at WRJ Enterprises INC, a Jacksonville-based marketing company. We put a lot of effort into helping our clients grow their businesses, which not only entails increasing sales but also quality retention, management development, data analysis, and the application of marketing research methods.

In order to help our clients with local market exposure research, we are currently expanding our team. The Community Outreach Specialist's duties will include daily business growth plans. To exceed our clients' weighted accomplishment metrics, this role will receive fully compensated, thorough training. We're searching for the perfect person to cross train because one of our clients has made a request!

Responsibilities:

• Being able to comprehend and effectively express the value of our services in order to meet client needs
• Investigate and fully grasp our clients' competitors infiltration strategies
• collaborate with the executive team to enhance exposure strategies
• Ensure that all interactions, incidents, and escalations are accurately recorded (CRM training is provided).
• Maintain strong contact with other departments to maintain effective communication and cohesive teamwork

Requirements

• Speaking in Public (Preferred)
• Competitive nature, solution-focused
• able to operate both alone and in a team context
• 1-2 years of customer service experience are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Compensation: $730.92 - $1,487.00 per week

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
