• Assists with the management of multiple small/medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and ensures timely delivery of collateral, including support of Rooted Network marketing on assigned projects.
• Help create and execute digital marketing/advertising primarily through Facebook & Instagram, but also through other new outlets as they develop
• Manage photography schedule for weekend experiences, maintain photography standards, brief contractors on requirements including shot lists, in-room conduct (to minimize distractions) delivery timelines, and stakeholder circulation.
• Coordinate scheduling, assignments, and delivery of essential weekend communications deliverables (ex. The loop, promotional slides, print, web and app updates, etc.)
• Source new content from weekend messages, worship sets, in-service moments, podcasts, annual reads, and other content produced by Mariners Church.
• Create platform-specific content
• Quality control with print requests and deliveries
• Utilize the organizational calendar to plan promotional needs and schedule accordingly

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher
• Excellent written communication
• Work schedule (M-F)
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Competency with Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (video and graphic needs)
