Onboarding Specialist

SUMMARY:
Responsible for onboarding newly approved CATIC agents. This includes integrating third party software with CATIC and all CATIC platforms and agency processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.
- Train agents on the utilization various third-party title and production systems in the Company’s footprint.
- Train agents on utilization on all CATIC platforms; TOPS, CATIC.com, CATIC Academy
- Work closely with Agency Advisors determining the needs of each agent, scheduling and conducting onboardings.
- Setting up software integrations, demonstrating and testing.
- Training the agent on how to submit policies and remit premiums.
- Create training materials.
- Resource for agent facing applications for internal staff.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts, architecture, product management and training staff to determine, develop and deliver the highest quality training
- Assist IT department with UAT and implementation process for software integrations
- Speak at title insurance seminars/webinars about software integrations and the benefits they provide.
- Compliance and adherence at all times with the organization’s Code of Ethics and Conduct as well as all of our company policies.

- Experience with industry related Title & Escrow and Production systems
- Familiarity with the title insurance industry in all states
- Experience with software or technical instruction including hands-on computer training, online webinars, self-paced e-learning modules, and lectures
- Experience with implementing educational strategies
- Demonstrates strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also critical.
- High degree of professionalism, positive attitude and ability to motivate and work well with others.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area
- 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
