Commercial Real Estate Agent

We are seeking motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial drive to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Agent. Our team consists of highly experienced brokers who have been in the business for over 30 years and are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will work with investors in Real Estate transactions, negotiate prices, coordinate with third-party entities, manage transaction paperwork, and perform strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in buying or selling Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Cold Calls
• Meetings with Prospects
• Represent investors in Real Estate transactions
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale agreements
• Coordinate with third-party entities, such as other broker and lenders, to ensure a smooth transaction process
• Manage transaction paperwork and ensure compliance
• Perform strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in buying or selling Real Estate

Requirements:

• No experience or license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive
• Sales skills, particularly client development, consultative selling, and needs-based selling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software and tools
