We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial Real Estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial Real Estate business.
This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
- Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations
- Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
