Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent

We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial Real Estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial Real Estate business.

This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. $80,000 - $130,000 at plan

• Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
• Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
