We have a position available to mentor under a successful Commercial Real Estate broker in our Sherman Oaks office. We also have an opening for an experienced Real Estate agent seeking higher splits (up to 90/10 split programs available). If you are willing to work in a challenging environment, we will provide a proven business plan to earn well over $100,000 annually. Our generous compensation structure also includes an employee stock ownership program as well as principal participation in commercial property investments, something no other firm in our industry offers. The program is specifically designed to help our advisors build long-term financial sustainability and credibility as both commercial property owners and partners in the firm. Franchisee and management opportunities also exist for advisors who reach their 3 to 5 year anniversary with the company. This is a commission-only pay structure and candidate must possess (or currently pursuing) a California Real Estate license.
