ARE YOU THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LEASING ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• High school diploma or demonstrated industry experience
• Demonstrate financial analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, balancing multiple projects/tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
• Able to lift 25 pounds

The following traits are preferred:

• College degree
• 3+ years as an Assistant Property Manager for commercial properties
• Experience with property management software including Yardi, Avid, or equivalent programs

AVERAGE DAY AS A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LEASING ASSISTANT

As a valued member of Tarragon Property Services, your role as a Property Operations Assistant offers a unique opportunity to support daily operations. Focus on maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, customers, and vendors, contributing to an effective preventative maintenance program, overseeing projects, and ensuring lease compliance. Your exceptional organizational skills come into play as you handle supplier and contractor quotations, contracts, and maintain up-to-date certificates of insurance. Facilitate the tenant move-in/move-out process and showcase your attention to detail in organizing property files and updating our database.
