We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions for large portfolio of properties throughout Puget Sound.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repairs using our vetted vendors
- Process residential unit preparations, advertising and leasing
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints - commercial and residential
- Uphold good tenant relations
- Assist in managing delinquencies
- Assist with onboarding new properties, and maintaining tenant accounts in our Appfolio software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
