YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

As an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with Tarragon Property Services, you play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations. Your exceptional customer service skills ensure strong relationships with tenants, customers, and vendors. Collaborating with the Maintenance Engineer and Safety Manager, you contribute to effective maintenance programs. Property inspections, lease management, overseeing projects, obtaining quotations, and maintaining organized records are among your varied responsibilities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills facilitate smooth tenant move-in/move-out processes, reflecting your integral role in property operations and stakeholder satisfaction.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or demonstrated industry experience
n
• Demonstrate financial analysis skills
n
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property operations
n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
n
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
n
• Excellent customer service skills and relationship-building skills
n
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, balancing multiple projects/tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
n
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
n
• Able to lift 25 pounds
n

The following traits are preferred:

• College degree
n
• 3+ years as an Assistant Property Manager for commercial properties
n
• Experience with property management software including Yardi, Avid, or equivalent programs
