Our Care In Home Services LLC, in Sandwich, MA is looking for one Client Service Representative to join our 123 person strong team. We are located on 141 Route 6 A. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities
- crease number of patients served: Source and target physicians’ offices and hospital discharge planners to educate them about Company services, develop and implement presentations and activities to promote awareness about Company to potential external customers, develop and distribute appropriate written materials to promote awareness about Company to potential external customers, function as primary contact for telephone and other inquiries from potential external customers and the general public, represent the Company in a consistently professional and positive manner to all external individuals and groups.
Act as liaison: Communicate and interact with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive continuous quality care, identify and interact with applicable community resources to ensure patients are provided with all necessary services regardless of socio-economic status, communicate and interact with applicable Company employees and departments to coordinate services for patients, interact directly with patients and/or their families to ensure needs are being met by Company, represent the Company within community organizations to promote a consistently professional and positive Company image.
Qualifications
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively at multiple levels in a variety of formats.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality with regard to protected and sensitive information.
- Able to establish and maintain confidence of external customers and patients.
- Able to seamlessly interact and communicate with external customers of varying socio-economic backgrounds.
- Must be able to solve problems independently by applying analytical and logical thinking.
- Able to use standard office equipment and software proficiently.
Language Skills:
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret reports, general business directives, policy and procedure statements, and governmental regulations.
- Able to write reports and correspondence at a professional level.
- Able to immediately respond to common inquiries and complaints from external customers and the general public.
- Able to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying educational levels.
- Able to effectively organize and present information and respond to questions from external individuals and groups of varying sizes.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $30.00 - $35.00/hour.
