- Communicating via phone, e mail and in person with clietns and actively listening to their concerns.
- Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records.
- Processing client payments and invoices
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients
- Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies
- Other administratie duties as needed
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred
- Veterinary hospital experience is preferred but not required
- Customer Service experience is always a plus!
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, squatting, reach, standing and walking throughout the day
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience.
