Position Overview
- Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner
- Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling, and servicing all types of security transactions
- Responds to customer inquiries, investigate and correct errors in accounts and statements
- Respond to customer verbal and/or written inquiries, Record details about customer inquiries and help resolve complicated customer complaints
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. Familiarity with MS Office is required
Must Haves/Qualifications:
- Prior Call Center/CSR Experience
- Financial Services / Stock Experience preferred
- Ability to understand or have the capability to learn stocks, SEC regulations, and legality around financial institutions
- Ability to think on the fly/proactivity problem solve/use resources before asking management
Work Environment
- Training: 100% in office, training shift will depend on the trainer’s schedule, anytime between 8a-6p
- Normal Shift: 930a-6p M-F. Can move onto earlier/later shift (anywhere from 8a-8p) once cross-trained and can request shifts but will be granted based on a combo of seniority and need (preference vs. need).
- After Training - Hybrid- 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. flex on which days you come in. They monitor and track when you are in to ensure adherence
