We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, assertive but polite team player to become the next Client Service Representative to join our expanding team in Beverly, MA. We are moving quickly, interviewing immediately and looking to have people onboard soon. If you think you've got the right skills and attitude, tell us why.

This position entails:
Working directly with our clients to keep them focused on reducing their debt by building rapport through regular communications via phone and email
Holistic account management of client files to remain up to date and reflective of their most recent activity and interactions with the company
Assisting clients to regain control of their lives financially
Candidates must possess and present the following:
Experience with CRM and/or banking systems to manage clients effectively
Experience with telephone-based client support
Flexibility to work in an ever-changing environment
General understanding of credit cards, loans and lending with other financial products and services being a plus
Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
Common sense and conflict resolution capability
Ability to build connections with consumers, prospects and internal colleagues
Skills to thrive in a competitive environment and rises to the challenge of a fast-paced environment
Ability to speak and write in Spanish
