Client Integrations Specialist

The Opportunity:

The Client Integrations team owns client onboarding and ongoing client requirements for our platform. As a Client Integrations Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert for all product configurations and platform strategies. You will analyze the needs of the business and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Frequence partners are getting the maximum benefit from their solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the technical configurations of client platforms
  • Develop an in-depth level of knowledge of the platform and supported features
  • Understand database structure and write complex database joins and queries to analyze and fix database related issues
  • Own and execute the testing and release of key features that are time-critical
  • Understand, analyze, and resolve technical defects raised by internal and external users of Frequence platform
• Support all aspects of client onboarding
  • Gather and define partner requirements
  • Develop implementation plans
  • Communicate deliverables and timelines
  • Integrate with platform capabilities
  • Conduct internal testing to ensure successful launches
• Work with the team to build tools and processes to scale our solutions
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve workflow
  • Understand business needs and priorities to drive product vision and development strategy

Who You Are:

• Expert in understanding Database Table Structures and relationships
• 1+ years of professional experience writing database queries using SQL or SQL tools like Toad, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or other technical degree, or equivalent work experience
• You have strong organization skills and a relentless attention to detail
• You are solution focused with a high degree of ownership
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are action oriented; no task is too small or insignificant for you
• You have a finely tuned sense of urgency, you know when you can fix something, and when and how to ask for help

Compensation

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based on the primary location. The salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competency, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This position requires candidates to be physically located in the following timezone(s): Pacific Standard Time (PST). Mountain Standard Time (MST) is acceptable for those in the Phoenix Metro Area.
