JOB SCOPE
This will be a central, highly-visible role at the company focused on delivering excellent service, training, and support to our clinic and organizational customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in psychology, counseling, autism care, or behavioral analysis who would like to pivot into a clinical-adjacent role at a health tech company. This individual will be responsible for clinic and organizational customer onboarding, implementation management, training, and support requests.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience with or understanding of psychological assessment and related concepts used in the clinical setting
- Understanding of clinical workflows at behavioral health clinics and businesses
- Ability to manage business to business and organizational customer relationships
- Tech Savvy with comfort level working within Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Interest in working for early stage companies with innovative products
- Experience with business to business or organizational customer service and/or customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (writing sample required)
This position is within an office environment. Exposure to office equipment, computers, phones and office furniture as well as other standard tools and substances. Position requires sitting and or standing for extended periods of time. Extended periods of using keyboards, monitors and or phone lines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires sitting and or standing for extended periods of time with the majority of tasks requiring use of: computer monitor, keyboard, phone and or headset. Position may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline such as psychology, counseling, behavioral analysis, public health, behavioral sciences.
- 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role focused on implementation, customer success, training, or operations.
- Experience working in either a clinician-facing healthcare technology company or in a clinical setting.
