Job Overview:
A CureMD Oncology Implementation Specialist leads the implementation process to successfully onboard Oncology medical groups onto CureMD' s suite of Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management and Electronic Health Record solutions. You will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing and coordinating CureMD and client activities, tracking progress and managing risks at all times. This is a full-time position based out of our office location in New York City. Remote options will be considered.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management roadmap, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support planning
- Coordinates internal/external and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams.
- Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutions
- Follows established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation
- Works closely with Implementation leaders to consistently evaluate and improve the onboarding experience
- Provides end-user training as needed
- This position involves travel up to 40% of the time
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health records, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations in the outpatient/ambulatory space
- Project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- Strong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levels
- Previous experience working in the Medical Oncology/Medical Oncology EMR field is preferred
- Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
