Jr. Erp Implementation Specialist New York, New York

      

Overview:     

      

As a Jr. ERP Implementation Specialist within the D365 ERP project, you will support cross-functional teams to ensure high-value outputs are consistently delivered. Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into specifications to drive the successful implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance.     

      

Your Impact:     

      

Provide support for the ERP implementation by:     

• Working with business and project team to understand business needs.
• Documenting and refining business requirements in line with project procedures.
• Conducting analysis and design of data and business processes as required
• Documenting and executing test plans prior to user testing.
• Performing data validation of conversion and integrations as needed
• Supporting deployment to production environment
• Working with project teams to analyze and transform data for conversion and reconciliation.
• Analyze and create process models to portray a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements of the ERP system.
• Participate in cross-functional solution modeling sessions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Serve as the ERP subject matter expert understanding detailed system functionality. 

  

Your Qualifications:    

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field OR 4 + years of experience as a Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of ERP experience project experience.
• Experience with data cleansing, analysis, and transformation methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen / distill a problem or need and translate into requirements that can be turned into a solution.
• Familiarity with techniques and tools used in functional design, data analysis, and data flow diagramming such as user case analysis, process modeling & data flow diagrams.
• Proven ability to build relationships/partnerships in a complex matrix environment and to elicit detailed and accurate requirements from key stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• Experience with document, spreadsheet, and presentation tools. Preferably strong in Microsoft Excel.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
