Job Description:

As a Financial Implementation &Support Specialist, you will help train our client users on the finance features and functionalities within our traffic systems and resolve finance-related support cases. In this dual role of support and implementation, you will provide first level support for our clients who use our financial products and systems as well as devise and execute implementation plans for clients' finance teams. You will have the opportunity to educate and train users on WO Traffic, WO Network, WO Payments Suite as well as other products our clients use to manage the financial aspect of their business and ensure optimized usage of all potential finance product features.

Finance Implementation &Support Specialists work with Product Support, Project Managers, Implementation Teams, and other WideOrbit teams as necessary to deliver happy, referenceable clients. If you have a background in media finance or general finance and thrive when training and supporting clients, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Here is what success will look like:

  • Partner with new and existing clients' to resolve financial support needs as part of the Product Support infrastructure
  • Resolve cases by educating our clients, gathering information about their workflows, and working cross-functionally with WideOrbit's internal departments
  • Solve client issues within a fast-paced, collaborative work environment with a positive attitude and confident demeanor to ensure client satisfaction with our products and services
  • Identify and document software defects and requests for enhancements with a keen attention to detail
  • Lead implementation efforts of WideOrbit's financial software, remotely or on-site
  • Create and maintain a training agenda for each client project
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and unassisted with continually changing scopes and timelines
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' specific business objectives and educate customers on various configurations and customization options
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend action plans for resolution
  • Accurately import Finance related data sets into production environment and work closely with the client to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, industry groups, and internal departments such as support, development, product management, and release management

To thrive in this role, we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in a finance-focused, client-facing role, within the media industry
  • Strong technical aptitude for quickly learning new software
  • Proven ability to work successfully as part of a team while also assuming individual obligations
  • Ability to lead presentations with confidence and build relationships with customers quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with a technical or non-technical audience
  • Proven ability to direct and manage multiple projects or tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, communicating in a thoughtful and consultative way with internal and external customers
  • Experience in documenting processes or writing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to provide support coverage for company observed holidays as needed given adequate notice
  • Interest and willingness to travel up to 15%
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Location:

This position can be based in any of our offices. Telecommute will also be considered.

Pay Range:

$65,000 - $100,000

Compensation:

The compensation range listed, and general description of other compensation and benefits will apply to this position. Various factors are considered to determine compensation ranges including market data, location, experience, qualifications, and skills. WideOrbit reserves the right to pay more or less than the salary and benefit information posted.
